Registration form
The conference policy requires that at least one regular registration for each accepted paper must be made to include the paper in the technical programme and conference proceedings. Participants should fill in the registration form and then include its scan in paper final files. We kindly ask that each payment be preceded by registration to speed up issuing the invoices.

Registration fees

Regular fee	1350 PLN	340 EUR
Reduced fee	1100 PLN	280 EUR (applicable to students with valid student cards)
Accompanying person	300 PLN	75 EUR

The registration fee covers:
(a) participation in the conference,
(b) conference proceedings,
(c) 3 lunches,
(d) coffee breaks,
(e) social events (gala dinner and outdoor dinner).

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers the costs (c)...(e). Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at the conference and must be accompanied by a registration fee for inclusion in the proceedings. Payments must be made to the conference bank account not later than 31 May 2013. We kindly ask that each payment be preceded by registration to speed up issuing the invoices. We kindly request that transfers meet the payment date. The registration fee does not cover accommodation costs. All participants must book and pay for the accommodation themselves. Excursions
After the conference closing (Wednesday, September 11), we are planning to arrange a Międzyrzecz Fortification Region visit or river canoeing near Lubrza. Both excursions (payable extra) can be purchased during the conference.
