Instructions for authors
Papers should not exceed 12 pages and must be prepared according to Springer Instructions for Authors for the AISC book series (see Instructions for Authors on Springer's website). Note that it is mandatory to use the LaTeX LNCS template (llncs.cls) or MS Word LNCS tamplate for paper final versions. Each participant can submit one or more papers. Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at the conference and must be accompanied by a registration fee. The papers can be written in English (preferred) or in Polish. All submission will be handled on-line with the EasyChair Conference tool. Before accessing the DPS 2013 page within EasyChair, you have to create an account with EasyChair. All papers for DPS 2013 must be initially submitted in electronic form (PDF format). If your paper has been accepted, you have to review your paper taking full account of the reviewers' comments. You have to upload final version of your paper including all source files, figure files and a final PDF corresponding exactly to the final sources. The final files should be compressed before the upload using ZIP. The conference policy requires that at least one registration for each accepted paper must be made to include the paper in the conference proceedings. The authors can send the registration form either by regular mail, by fax or include a scanned form in the final files.

Publication in the Springer ASIC series
The authors whose papers will be selected for publication in the Springer AISC series are obliged to prepare final papers using LaTex. It is mandatory to use the LaTeX LNCS template (llncs.cls) for paper final versions. Furthermore, the authors have to complete and sign a copyright form (Springer Consent to Publish). It is sufficient if one author from each contribution signs the form on behalf of all the other authors. The authors can send the form either by regular mail, by fax or include a scanned copyrigth form in the final files.
