Oral presentation
Time allotted for paper presentation is about 20 minutes including discussion. Preferred presentation software is Power Point or Acrobat. Standard presentation facilities (computers and video projectors) will be available in all conference rooms. Presentations should be prepared and delivered in English with the exception of presentations scheduled for the two Polish sessions.

Poster presentation
Posters should generally be of A1 size (594 mm wide x 841mm high). They can be printed on a single sheet or composed with separate smaller sheets. Poster presenters are expected to be available to answer questions and discuss their papers with attendees.
